for example systemic process facilitation
07/06, 12:30 - 07/06, 15:00
hybrid online / Bergen
In this compact introductory format, we let you experience how when facilitating processes we playfully experiment, reflect individually, integrate collectively, and structure agilely. These are the basic design principles that guide us and that some of you have already immersed yourself in our trainings over the last years.
We invite internal organizational developers and process facilitators (as well as those who strive to be the one or the other) to get to know our mindset, principles and working methods. Also we want to offer you the opportunity to work together with us on their current challenges. So you might join because you are curious about our approach or/and because you are currently facing challenges that you can use some advice and support with.
Those who already know us well can skip the first part and join us for specific examples by sharing their challenges or supporting us in other ways.
May we continue to learn together!
Part 1: Our Mindset, Principles and Working Methods (12:30 – 13:45)
We experience how we playfully experiment, reflect individually, integrate collectively, and structure agilely.
Part 2: Collaborative Work on Your Challenges (14:00 – 15:00)
We also call it „pro bono“ consulting. Bring whatever you have not yet found a satisfying answer to. If you are unsure about what is allowed, let our examples inspire you.
