The request: As educational foundation, the employees mediate between actors from all three sectors in order to facilitate and develop cooperative projects. This involves diverse demands and interests from different groups. Depending on different projects or project phases they assume different roles. Therefore, they needed an internal training preparing employees for the demanding task of developing a multi-stakeholder competence.
Our contribution: In a two-day training, Maren and Claire conveyed skills of critical and systems thinking. This trains employees in the perception and mediation between different perspectives and systems.
Why we loved collaborating with the Wübben Foundation: The employees were very welcoming and open to try new things. It soon became clear that the team already disposed over a strong multi-stakeholder competence since they very naturally were inviting their friends and colleagues from Haniel Foundation to be part of their training.
