The request: How can we stimulate and feed our employee’s inquisitive spirit in order to broaden our process optimization skills?
Our contribution: We designed and moderated a training in Critical Thinking that taught participants problem-solving competences in an interactive fashion. We analyzed and strengthened the question profiles of single team members, practiced systemic problem definition, learned how to ask creative questions and reflected decision-making processes.
Why we loved working with Foodora: When Start-ups are not really Start-ups anymore, companies face cultural changes.
